I love V day because it’s so nice to walk along the streets and see happy couples holding hands and carrying flowers. I know critics say V day is everyday as long as you love that person but it’s always nice to have a special day to reaffirm your feelings for each other :) No I am not endorsing the spending of hundreds of dollars on dinner or big bouquets of flowers but simply a card or something homemade goes such a long way. It’s the little things that matter and girls you should appreciate it if your partner does it because not many do that anymore in this day and age.

So off to the more important stuff! TODAY IS THE OFFICIAL OPENING DAY OF THE MAC FACTORY!! Goodness! Been waiting for this day since like Jan?? And..it DEFINITELY lives up to expectations! :D :D :D

We got 12 macarons for $23 so that’s like less than $2 for one. Pretty good deal for the standard and quality of macarons I might add. And the best part is that you can sit at the balcony, people watch and savour your macarons, piece by piece. Yes today I died and went to heaven after I co-finished the plate of 12.

So the flavours we tried were

-Nutella
-Pistachio
-Green Tea and Sesame
-Beetroot
-Raspberry
-Strawberry
-Carrot, Ginger, Orange
-Salted Caramel
-Milk Chocolate
-Blackcurrent
-Passionfruit

and they were all really really yummy but I ‘bolded’ the MUST TRIES!! :D Am DEFINITELY going back to try the other flavours! We also tried the Chocolate and Caramel Tart which was really dark chocolate flavoured and the lady at the counter was sweet enough to throw in a free Apple Flan Tart! Naiseeeee :)

Char is a happy happy girl now and on a major sugar high! =P THANK YOU VERY MUCH! :D Enjoy the rest of your evening everyone! :)
