Served with Norwegian smoked salmon instead of fresh fish, and drizzled with their homemade plum sauce, this sweet and tangy yu sheng will be a hit with the younger ones especially those who do not know how to yet appreciate raw fish. We highly recommend that you add the top-ups of Fried Salmon Skin ($4.80 per serving) and Crispy Yam Strips ($3.80 per serving) for some crunch and a delightful contrast of textures with the jellyfish and fresh pomelo pulp. Slices of superior Australian Abalone ($13.80 per serving) are also available for a touch of decadence.

Truffle Xiao Long Bao 松露小笼包

New on their regular menu and now available at all outlets across the island, the Truffle Xiao Long Bao filled with bits of real truffle is a must try for all fans of truffle. The signature aroma first greets you and the broth that is also infused with truffle is certainly mouthwatering. Do not be too eager to pop the steamed dumpling whole into your mouth immediately though, these delicate dough pouches are served piping hot so savour them slowly and enjoy each bite.
